Jr. Designer

2 - 5 years professional experience working in architecture, interior or product design.

Must demonstrate a strong ability in the following:

• Experience working in an architectural or design firm (2-3 years minimum)

• Producing working drawings (Construction Documents) in AutoCAD 2013 or later

• Knowledge of drafting standards

• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Mac or PC) 2013 or later

• Able to manage multiple deadlines / tasks simultaneously

• Very good communication skills, verbally and written

• Able to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of 3D, BIM modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, Archicad) are a bonus

Superior Draftsperson

Must demonstrate a strong ability in the following:

• Fully versed ( at least 2-4 years) in CAD and | or Revit | InDesign

• Assistant to sr designer

• Meticulous design documentation

• Detail oriented

• Creating construction & design documents for numerous projects happening in the studio

• Excellent communication and organization

• Ready to assist with minimal training

• Eager to learn and explore opportunities in a multidisciplinary design studio

FFE Designer

Must demonstrate a strong ability in the following:

• Design or Architecture degree

• FFE enthusiast who wants to become an expert, working in hospitality and residential design

• Fully versed (at least 2-3 years) in CAD and | or Revit | InDesign

• Assistant to multiple sr designers

• Loves spreadsheets, schedules, getting every detail correct

• Budgeting and placing orders for materials and FFE

• Aspirationally creative, understand they will be in service to an expert
